Third-party processors
We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to operate the site and respond to you:
- Resend — delivers contact form submissions to us by email.
- Anthropic — powers the Gladis AI chat assistant's responses to your messages.
- Notion — stores logs of Gladis conversations for service-quality review.
- Google Calendar API — creates calendar events when you request a booking through Gladis, using the name, email, and time you provide.
- Vercel — hosts this site and, like any web host, may log IP addresses and other technical request data.
Analytics & cookies
We do not currently run any analytics or advertising trackers on this site — no Google Analytics, no PostHog, no advertising pixels. We set no cookies of our own beyond anything strictly necessary for hosting or the platforms above. If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.
Data retention
We retain inquiry records only as long as needed to serve you.
Your choices

Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
